The valid states are: other - Any other state apart from the ones listed. down - The process is not operational. running - Actively running on a core. started - The process is just forked. waiting - The ProcessMgr config for this process specifies a delay before the process moves to running. disabled - The process is not enabled in the ProcessMgr configuration. userdisabled - The process is put to disabled state by admin. locked - Implies that if the process exits, it will not be restarted until the lock is released.
