Update peer msu's file or all line card's file or a special line card's file. That is not for running MSU. Setting value will be BIN file name such as 'switch.bin', and setting response value will be 1(success), 2(failed, file is operating),3(failed, setting value failed). When we get this OID the value will be 1(file is starting synchronized successfully), 2(file is synchronized successfully), 3(file is being synchronized), 4(file is synchronized failed).
