[CAUSE] A tmnxBsxMobileSubModifyFailure notification is generated when a problem is encountered while attempting to apply an override (app-profile or ASO) to a subscriber based on information received from the ISA-MG. The tmnxBsxNotifyReason will identify the reason this notification was raised. [EFFECT] The override is not be applied to the subscriber. [RECOVERY] Based on the reason noted in tmnxBsxNotifyReason, if necessary take action to ensure that a configuration mismatch has not occurred to allow the overrides to be applied appropriately.
