[CAUSE] The tmnxPkiCRLNotYetValid notification is generated when the CRL (Certificate Revocation List) indicated in tmnxSecNotifFile is not yet valid. [EFFECT] The CRL is not usable until the 'thisUpdate' time is reached. Unless tmnxPkiCAProfRevokeChk is configured to 'crlOptional (2)', the operational state of the CA-profile (i.e., tmnxPkiCAProfileOperState) remains down until the 'thisUpdate' time is reached. [RECOVERY] Replace tmnxSecNotifFile with a CRL that is still valid, or wait until the 'thisUpdate' time specified in the CRL is reached for the system to recover itself.
