[CAUSE] The tmnxPkiFileWriteFailed notification is generated when an attempt to write the file fails. Reason for the failure is indicated by the tmnxSecNotifFailureReason object. [EFFECT] The downloaded file is not saved to disk. [RECOVERY] Make sure the path specified in tmnxSecNotifFile is correct, file permission is writable and there is sufficient disk space.
