[CAUSE] The vRtrIfDcpDynamicHoldDownStart notification is generated when a particular network-interface starts hold-down period for an exceeding protocol. This notification is generated when TIMETRA-SECURITY-MIB.mib::tmnxDCpuProtProtocolDynLogEvent is configured to 'verbose'. [EFFECT] The protocol will treat all packets as non-conformant during the hold-down period. [RECOVERY] There is no recovery required for this notification.
