Indicates the amount of time this client is allowed to access the wireless medium each second for the specified access category through this traffic stream. This value is calculated by the AP based on various parameters supplied in the TSPEC add request from the client. The medium time is specified as the number of 32 microsecond time units the client is allowed to access the wireless network each second. This is referred to as units of 32 usec-per-sec and is generally treated as an average value, with any over-usage in one interval deducted from the alotted medium time for the next interval.
