HpnicfIpRanNeIdOCTET STRING (SIZE (4))currentUniquely identify the network entity ID. The first 8 bit is 0 and the total valid length is 24 bit. The high 8 bit is subnet number and the low 16 bit is base id. The IpRanNeId will be showed as 0.x.x.x.
