Defines translation tables that provide the translation to and from shelf/slot/port/subport <-> interface number. Both table are created whenever an ifIndex is created. The ifStackDefaultTable is used to provide a roadmap of stack bindings, and to supply default ifAdminStatus values for new rows of the ifTable.
