Determines the PSTN Timing synchonization mode of the Gateway. One of the following values: TM_External_MODE(1) -External Timing mode - use the SAT trunks Centralized Line Timing to synchronize the Gateway with one of the PSTN interfaces. TM_LineSync_MODE(2) -Distributed Line Timing mode (for the 1610 boards)- without using the SAT timing module.
