The codec loss during the last Statistical interval, in 1/1000 units. The codec loss is the number of fill period divided by the statistical interval. The fill period is the duration of time that the codec had to send data to the digital to analog converter, but no codec frames were available in the jitter buffer. This is a measure for the overall packet loss after the jitter and resequencing re sequencing buffers.
