Whenever a resource monitor starts watching a resource policy, an entry will be added into this table, for the resource monitor <-> resource policy relationship. The entPhysicalIndex represents the physical entity to which the resource monitor belongs. Only 'module' class physical entities which run operating system with the ERM framework, are applicable here.
