This trap is sent every time a chassis is created. N containers or other sub-entities in the chassis are reported created by this trap, the NMS must read these data. The trap is sent when all the sub-entities are present in the entity just created. Note: not sent for insertion of NCU chassis, but this is instead represented by a coldStart trap.
