When creating a row in this table, the index object cienaCesPmInstanceIndex must specify a valid, unused index or specify value zero which will cause the new row to be created at the next available index. Prior to creating the new row, the cienaCesPmInstanceNextIndex object may be referenced to fetch the next available index.
