The rowstatus of each entry of customCfgActualConfigTable. This object is used to manage the creation and deletion of conceptual rows in customCfgActualConfigTable. To create a row in this table, a manager should set rowstatus to createAndWait(5) (createAndGo(4) is rejected). Until values of all object in the row are appropriately configured, the value of the corresponding instance of rowstatus is notReady(3). Then the rowstatus column turns into notInService(2); the manager must set rowstatus to active(1) in order to make the conceptual row available.
