The number of packets dropped by a pipe. Packets are dropped when CorePlus is running out of packet buffers. This occurs when excessive amounts of packets need to be queued for later delivery. The packet dropped is always the one that has been queued the longest time globally, which means that the connection suffering from packet loss will be the one most overloading the system.
