This indicates the number of flush indications to go before timer method triggers. (i.e) The number of flush indications to trigger the FlushInterval Timer. This value can be configurable only when fsMIRstFlushInterval is other than default value. When the value is retained as default value and flush interval is being configured other than default value(0), then global flushing will happen. When this value is non-default and the flush interval is being configured other than default value(0), then the port based flushing will happen until the actual flush indication reaches the threshold. Once the threshold is reached, timer will be started and during timer expiry gloabl flushing will happen.
