The ID of the list. List 0 is the default list. It contains read-only rule (permit all), and a default DSCP mapping table and composite Op. When a new list is created, the default DSCP table and composite ops are copied by the agent to the new list's DSCP mapping and Composite OP table. When changes are made to DSCP mapping/Composite OP, they are made to a specific instance of those tables, asscoiated with the list. Lists 1-99 distribution list. Lists 100-149 local policy manager use (for example CLI or Routing Manager). Lists 150-199 a remote policy manager use (for example RNR). Lists 300-399 access control. Lists 400-499 QoS. Lists 500-599 Capture. Lists 600-699 destination NAT. Lists 700-799 anti-spoofing. Lists 800-899 Policy Based Routing Lists 900-999 Crypto (VPN).
