The jmJobIDTable provides a correspondence map (1) between the job submission ID that a client uses to refer to a job and (2) the jmGeneralJobSetIndex and jmJobIndex that the Job Monitoring MIB agent assigned to the job and that are used to access the job in all of the other tables in the MIB. If a monitoring application already knows the jmGeneralJobSetIndex and the jmJobIndex of the job it is querying, that application NEED NOT use the jmJobIDTable. The MANDATORY-GROUP macro specifies that this group is MANDATORY.
