Controls the filtering of Ethernet frames that have been sourced from the CMU management agent. When Local Packet Filtering is disabled, such frames are transmitted at the Wireless Interface and either the Management Port for Out-of-Band operation or the Data Port for In-Band operation. This is regardless of whether the port has been learned for the destination address. When Local Packet Filtering is enabled, such frames are only transmitted at the port which has been learned for the destination address
