Whether IGMP/MLD signaling should be suppressed on this interface. This is used when the administrator knows that there are no IGMP/MLD-capable hosts downstream of the interface and therefore that no IGMP/MLD messages (Queries) should be sent on that interface. IGMP/MLD messages received on the interface are processed as normal. This is expected to be used in conjunction with static IGMP configuration on the interface so that multicast traffic will be forwarded to non-IGMP/MLD capable hosts. See mgmdRouterSrcListCfgTable and mgmdRouterCacheCfgTable.
