If the nameMacIpExternProtocol object in the same row does not indicate TCP or UDP, this object has to be 'noOperator(0)' and cannot be changed while this row is active, i.e., the value of nameMacIpExternStatus in the same row has the value 'active(1)'. 'noOperator(0)', which is the default value, means that no comparison is to be made with the source TCP/UDP port number. lt(1) means less than, gt(2) means greater than, eq(3) means equal, neq(4) means not equal.
