This object specifies those thresholds that are currently being exceeded on this interface. If a threshold is currently being exceeded (i.e., the threshold is fired) on the interface, then the corresponding bit in the threshold list is set to one. Otherwise, the bit will be set to zero, or the bit will not be present. Only the first N octets are present in the threshold list, such that the highest octet present has at least one bit set to '1'. All higher octets with value '0' are truncated.
