1) remove maps into 'RMV:SPA'; this will take a SPA in the inService state to the manuallyOutOfService state outOfService state to the manuallyOutOfService state 2) delete maps into 'DELETE:PROC'; this will take a SPA in the manuallyOutOfService state to the disabledEquipped state 3) create maps into 'INSTALL:PROC'; this will take a SPA in the disabledEquipped state to the manuallyOutOfService state 4) restore maps into 'RST:SPA' this will take a SPA in the manuallyOutOfService state to the inService state manuallyOutOfService state to the outOfService state Note that there are two different patterns of behavior here, depending on the particular SPA. This pattern determines whether or not the outOfService state is used. For most SPAs, the outOfService state will not be used. The SPA life cycle would be: disabledEquipped (create or INSTALL:PROC) manuallyOutOfService (restore or RST:SPA) inService (remove or RMV:SPA) manuallyOutOfService (delete or DELETE:PROC) For a SPA that uses the new state model, the SPA life cycle would be: disabledEquipped (create or INSTALL:PROC) manuallyOutOfService (restore or RST:SPA) outOfService (internal SPA transition) inService (remove or RMV:SPA) manuallyOutOfService (delete or DELETE:PROC)
