It uses the current value of svrAlarmNextThrIndex to name the instances of the row variables, and sets its svrThrStatus to underCreation. When creating a theshold entry for the first time, issue a set request on svrThrStatus. The remaining row variables may be set in the same operation, or in subsequent operations. Those not set will have retain their default values as described.
