tmnxOamPmStsTcaDelayEntry contains the OAM-PM delay TCA statistics for the combination of an OAM-PM session name, test type, bin type, and direction (e.g. {'oam_pm_sess_1', 'dmm(1)', 'ifdv(3)', 'twoWay(3)'}). Nine rows are created/destroyed in this table when a delay test is created/destroyed. The nine rows are indexed by the session name, the test type, and the nine combinations of bin type and direction. A delay test is created/destroyed using tmnxOamPmCfgDelayDmmRowStatus, tmnxOamPmCfgDelayMplsRowStatus, or tmnxOamPmCfgTwampLtRowStatus.
