The admin status of IPACL. All the IPACL rules will be generated automatically when NE DB is generated for the first time. For example, we may have the 512 rules that are generated by default including the default IPACL rules. All default IPACL rules have AdminState 'active(1)', while others have AdminState 'deactivate(2)'. Only items with 'active(1)' will be sent to Linux IPTable for further processing. The item with AdminState 'deactivate(2)' will be removed from Linux IPTable. For example, we have the following default rules: IPACL index IPACL AdminState 1 active 2 active 3 active If a new IPACL rule is activated after IPACL index 3, then we have: IPACL index, IPACL Adminstate 1 active 2 active 3 active 4 active If a new IPACL rule is activated after IPACL index 2, then we have: IPACL index, IPACL Adminstate 1 active 2 active 3 active <- newly added 4 active <- change IPACL index 3 to 4 5 active <- change IPACL index 4 to 5 If index 2 is deactivated, then we have: IPACL index, IPACL Adminstate 1 active 2 active <- change IPACL index 3 to 2 3 active <- change IPACL index 4 to 3 4 active <- change IPACL index 5 to 4 Only the rules with 'AdminState(1)' can be retrieved.
