Sets the minimal time (in msec) for detection of a flash-hook event (for FXS only). The valid range is 25 to 300. The default value is 300 msec. Detection is guaranteed for flash hook periods of at least 60 msec (when setting the minimal time to 25). Flash-hook signals that last a shorter period of time are ignored.
