This object is used to create a new row or modify or delete an existing row in this table. Creating a row adds the Phy to the Group. Setting this value to 'active' indicates that the Group-Phy mapping is administratively In-Service. Setting this value to 'Not-In-Service' indicates that the Phy will no longer participate in the group. This does not effect the physical port.
