QAM RF Redundancy Fail Over Alarm. 'major' when the backup QAM RF Port status is 'active' (apexQamRfRedundStatusBackupPort). This occurs when a primary QAM RF Port has failed over to the backup RF Port or the user has forced a primary to the backup. The alarm will clear when the backup QAM RF Port status returns to 'standby'. The alarm is relevant only when apexQamRfRedundConfigEnable is 'enabled'. The current QAM RF Port that is active on the backup port can be found in apexQamRfRedundStatusFailedPort.
