States are: closed (0) - Input TS is closed or table row is not in use. openedInUse (1) - Input TS is opened and in use. openedBackup (2) - Input TS is opened as backup only. openedTransToBackup (3) - Input TS is opened, transitioning to backup state. openedTransToInUse (4) - Input TS is opened, transitioning to in use state. The states of 'openedBackup', 'openedTransToBackup', and 'openedTransToBackup' apply only to Redundant Pairs. The state of 'openedBackup' applies to the Input TS of the pair that is not currently in use. The state of 'openedTransToBackup' applies to the Input TS of the pair that is currently in use but is transitioning to be the backup, as when a Fail Over or Switch Back is occurring. The state of 'openedTransToInUse' applies to the Input TS of the pair that is currently the backup use but is transitioning to be the in use, as when a Fail Over or Switch Back is occurring.
