This is the enable/disable of automatic switch back to the previous RF port from backup for QAM RF redundancy. When 'enabled', switch back to the previous RF port will automatically occur when the RF port comes back online. When 'disabled', the user must force back to the previous RF port using apexQamRfRedundConfigForceSwitch. Once written, the change to this parameter will only take immediate effect after apexQamRfRedundConfigApplyChange is set to 'apply'.
