If this field is set to TRUE, a REJECT route is configured in the AFM for this aggregate to catch any traffic that is not routed by the more specific routes. If there is traffic in your network that uses the default route and would be aggregated by this aggregate prefix then you should set this field to FALSE to prevent the traffic being unexpectedly black-holed.
