This field is now deprecated - use bgpPeerStatusSelLocalAs instead. The local AS number used on this session. If bgpPeerConfAltLocalAs is set to a non-zero value, then the session might have been set up advertising one of two local AS numbers (bgpRmEntLocalAs or bgpPeerConfAltLocalAs). This field reports which local AS number was used. If, as normal, bgpPeerConfAltLocalAs is zero, then the AS number advertised for the session (and reported by this field) is bgpRmEntLocalAs. If the bgpPeerState is not 'established', then this field is zero.
