Determines whether DC-BGP considers the IGP metric when comparing routes. The decision process, as defined by RFC 4271, requires that this is set to false. Setting this field to true can be useful to allow multiple routes to be considered by BGP to be ECMP even though the IGP cost of the routes to the BGP next hop differ. This field can only be modified while RM is admin down.
