Indicates whether DC-BGP is configured to perform fast external fallover. When bgpRmEntFastExtFallover is 'true', BGP sessions to directly connected EBGP peers fail as soon as a loss of reachability is detected, instead of waiting for the TCP session to time out. Note that this is only applied to peers that are known to be directly connected - in other words, peers that have bgpPeerTtl set to 1, or that are identified by interface only. In addition, DC-BGP must be able to determine the interface over which the connection to the peer has been established. Therefore, this only applies to peers identified by interface only or those with a remote address that corresponds to a unique local subnet.
