This will be applicable when we are HA slave. The resulting MED value will not wrap, but will take a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 4294967295. This field is disabled by setting the value to zero. The field must be disabled if either bgpRouteMapSeSlaveMedDef or bgpRouteMapSeSlaveMedIgp is set to TRUE.
