For 1:n architectures if the secondary member has already become active for a primary member with a lower priority, it can instead take over for a different primary member if that member has higher priority. This field is only applicable if the member is to be included in a group using the 1:n architecture. It is not applicable if the member is to be included in a group using the 1:1 or 1+1 architecture, and is ignored in that case.
