In particular, a newly created row cannot be made active until the corresponding instance of dot11BssWep128BitKeyValue has been set. Only rows with a status of active(1) will be applied. This object may not be set to a value of notInService(2) or destroy(6) if the corresponding instance of dot11BssWepDefaultKey identifies this row as they current key in use. Such an attempt will be rejected with an inconsistentValue error.
