INFORMATIONAL: An output relay on the EMS has changed to its normal state. The first argument is the host device serial number. The second argument is the host device name. The third argument is the output relay number. The fourth argument is the output relay name. The fifth argument is the current output relay state (1=CLOSED, 2=OPEN). The sixth argument is the configured normal output relay state (1=CLOSED, 2=OPEN).
