This object serves the purpose of enabling/disabling statistics collection on a per connection basis. In implementations which do not have such limitations, this object can be set to enable(1) for all connections. Limits imposed by software or hardware implementations could restrict the amount of statistical data that can be maintained in a physical entity (like a service module card). Hence there could be a need to restrict statistics collection to a smaller subset. This object is not applicable to MGX Release 1.x.
