Setting this object to Active is not allowed in the following scenarios: - If the value of the column fsElpsPgConfigMonitorMechanism is set to 'cfm/mplsOam' and there is no active entry corresponding to this protection group present in the fsElpsPgCfmTable table. - If the value of the column fsElpsPgConfigType is set to 'list' and there is no active entry corresponding to this protection group in the fsElpsPgServiceListTable table or fsElpsPgServiceListPointerTable. - If the value of the column fsElpsPgConfigType is set to 'list' and a valid non-zero value is set in the fsElpsPgConfigWorkingServiceValue and fsElpsPgConfigProtectionServiceValue columns of this table. Setting the rowstatus value 'destroy' to this object will delete the related entries present in fsElpsPgCfmTable, fsElpsPgServiceListTable / fsElpsPgServiceListPointerTable. The writable columns in any row of this table cannot be changed while the row is active.
