Flag indicating whether this SDC should prevent an adjacency forming to a neighbor with the same System ID but a different SNPA address as an existing neighbor over the same circuit and level. This field can be changed while SDC is active. Doing so will not affect existing adjacencies, but will affect whether further adjacencies form.
