An entry in Y.1564 profile P-bit table. When a row is created, the ituSatProfileIndex must point to an already existing row of ituSatProfileTable. A row cannot be deleted if the profile is associated to a test. A row cannot be modified if the profile is associated to a test that is currently in progress. When a row in ituSatProfileTable is deleted all the corresponding rows in this table are automatically deleted as well.
