Controls creation/deletion of entries in this table according to the RowStatus textual convention, constrained to support the following values only: createAndGo destroy To create/delete an entry in this table, the following entry objects MUST be explicitly configured: juniAtmOamF4FlowEndToEndRowStatus F4 OAM end loopback and CC tests are mutually exclusive, enabling one will disable the other automatically. So, it is not allowed either at the circuit creation time or after the circuit creation to issue a request to enable end-to-end loopback and CC tests simultaneouly. Enabling/disabling CC sink and source is one time operation. To re-enable either CC source and sink in way different to earlier, both has to be disabled from the previous.
