This object represents the Initialization Delay Random Range (in seconds). An initialization DELAY (number of seconds) is selected within this Random Range. This DELAY is used to delay the initialization of every PPPoE session, meaning that whenever a PPPoE session is reestablished, the device will send the first PPPoE initialization packet (PADI) only after this DELAY (in seconds). Note: When Random Range = 0 there will be no delay in the initialization process.
