This is an Expanded test command of the prtGenTestCmd object. The prtGenTestCmd object reached its maximum, being an Integer with 31 bits. Setting this object to a value as detailed furter on (except 0) will initiate a test on the specific port, if the operation is allowed (according to TestMaskXP). If the operation is not allowed, the mux will ignore the operation.
