When a row is created in the base table v52InterfaceGroupTable, the corresponding row in the augmenting table v52StatsTotalTable must also be simultaneously created. A row in this table is created by setting the value of v52IgRowStatus to 'CreateAndGo' and setting the appropriate values for the columns. Likewise, when a row expires by setting the value of v52IgRowStatus to 'destroy' in the v52InterfaceGroupTable base table, the same row also expires in this augmenting table.
