SEVERE: The generator failed to start. After assertion of the Engine Start signal, the quality of Source 2 was not seen as good. This alarm can be cleared using the xATSSwitchStatusClearLatchedAlarms OID. The first argument is the host device serial number. The second argument is the host device name. The third argument indicates the line quality at S2 1=Unknown, 2=S2 Low Voltage, 3=S2 High Voltage, 4=S2 Line Imbalance, 4=S2 Freq Range, 5=S2 Bad Rotation.
