Alarm clearance state. 0: value returned in response to a GET request. 1: indicates that a clearance operation is to be performed. zxr10AlmClearRangeStatus must be set together with zxr10AlmClearBeginFlowID and zxr10AlmClearEndFlowID. The two IDs together define a range of no more than 100 alarm entries. Assume that some of these alarm entries are in the curAlarmTable and others are not in this table, but all of of them are involved in the same batch clearance operation. After the operation is completed in a normal case, only the alarm entries that are in the table are cleared. Those that are not in the table are not cleared. No error is reported. Instead, success is returned, indicating that alarms that can be cleared are all successfully cleared.
